Client Area Walkthrough
Welcome to Usonyx.
To ensure you make full use of our client portal, let’s take a look on the simple tutorial below:
Log in into your client area to manage your account through homepage or here.
You may login with your registered email address or you may login with your Facebook/Google account.
This is your Client Dashboard where you are able to manage your domain and hosting.
To manage your products and services your have with Usonyx, click on the Services tab on the top left corner as shown in image below. You will see a dashboard title named “My Products & Services”. From this dashboard, you are able to monitor and manage services you have with us.
If you wish to order additional services, you can get it from the drop down menu of “Services” section,
If you wish to subscribe for additional Addons, you can find it on the second tab of the dropdown menu
Manage Domain Names
You are able to manage all domain names from “Domains” tab on the menu. Just click on it and it will lead you to a page with title “My Domains”. From here, you are able to monitor and manage all the domain name that you owned in Usonyx.
When you open the dropdown menu of the Domain tab, you can find “Manage DNS” as the first drop down selection. At this page, you are able to manage your domain’s DNS setting, Nameserver, A records, and other domain related settings.
The second dropdown selection is “Renew Domains”. You are able to make a renewal payment for your domains in this page.
The third dropdown selection is “Register a New Domain”. You can register new domain name that you wish from this page.
The forth dropdown selection is “Transfer domains to us”, where you are able to perform domain transfer to us.
You are able to manage your Invoice, Credit Notes, Quotes and Credit Card details at this tab
You can also get support at the “Support” tab at menu.
